We can enable features that allow your staff to easily recover mistakenly deleted or edited documents right from Windows Explorer. If you have onsite servers, we’ll also recommend a local backup strategy to enable faster recovery from any kind of disaster. We’ll even loan you kit if that helps!
Of course, nobody expects a disaster to hit – but one day it might. In that case you need to be prepared with a readily available Disaster Recovery Plan that can be activated if the need arise. Once we understand your business we’ll provide you with your very own plan that ensures all staff are prepared to work in alternate ways until the outage is remediated. We’ll keep this under review and adapt as needed as the business changes.

Secure your Cloud data too
Strange as it may seem, you should also consider backing up your Cloud data to the Cloud! Take email for example. Maybe you are using Microsoft 365 to host your emails. Microsoft commits to securely maintaining your mailboxes and if they have an issue, they will recover your service. But what if someone makes a mistake and irrevocably deletes a bunch of important emails? Or a hacker gets into your account and wreak havoc? What then? Microsoft will not restore your missing emails.
For peace of mind you need to have critical Cloud data backed up elsewhere, away from the provider hosting it.
Our Cloud Backup service can also be set to automatically backup data from other Cloud services so that you always have a copy elsewhere in case it is needed.
