We undertake most type of device repairs, including repairing hardware and software.
Bring your device to us or we can come to you. But please do contact us first!

Software

Most of the time it’s software that causes device issues. If your device boots up to the desktop and has an internet connection then we can resolve most issues remotely. Just call and we’ll do an initial assessment.

If your device doesn’t start and/or you cannot get an internet connection, call us and we’ll do an initial assessment. If physical access to the device is required, we’ll agree with you to bring it to us or we’ll come to you. We have a minimum 1hr charge for call-outs and just 30 minutes for remote support.

Hardware

If your device doesn’t start then it’s most likely there is a hardware issue. We can fix many issues but in most cases it will probably require replacing components within the system. The most common failure is the hard drive. If that fails then recovery of the data on it may or may not be possible – so ensure you always backup your critical data!

If physical access to the device is required, we’ll agree with you to bring it to us or we’ll come to you. We have a minimum 1hr charge for call-outs.
