We call it GP Signpost because the sites include a wealth of patient guidance designed to answer questions and point patients in the right direction. For many, especially the internet generation, that should result in fewer calls to the practice, freeing staff for other activities. With secure online forms, staff can also be freed from processing paper.
NHS Framework Plus
We offer two base templates, each of which can be customised to your precise preferences. The NHS Standard template closely follows the design of other NHS websites and implements all of the NHS guidance on practice websites. The NHS Bespoke template is inspired by NHS designs but allows practices more freedom to express themselves than the standard framework allows.

On each relevant page of the website, self-help links are placed in plain sight, pointing the patient to relevant information. This lowers demand for you and your GP practice.
NHS Symptom Checker
Patients can use the symptom checker banner on the homepage, taking them to the NHS UK website to self-diagnose themselves.
Notification Bar
Display important information at the top of each page for patients to see. For example, when the surgery will be shut for staff training.
