With the demise of the traditional PSTN (Public Switch Telephone Network) that has served us well for many years, it’s time to switch to new phone services. By phone services we mean the good old-fashioned speaking to someone! You can either switch to mobile for voice calls or switch to VoIP.
VoIP provides a connection across the internet, converting conversations into a series of data packets that are reassembled and played out in real-time. One of the key benefits of VoIP is that you can make and receive calls anytime, anywhere, on any device with an internet connection. Unlike PSTN, you’re not tied to a physical landline.
One of the key challenges for VoIP is to create a natural conversation experience without breaks, delays or jitters. For that you need a fast, low latency broadband connection. If you have access to Full Fibre then all is good. If you don’t then you might need separate voice and data internet connections to ensure decent quality calls. We’ll assess and advise on what options are available based on your location and needs.

Choose to include unlimited calls to 01/02/03/07 numbers, include a selection of desktop handsets, or wireless handsets, or don’t have a handset at all and just use the desktop and mobile apps. The choice is yours.
