– to our channel provider Giacom and Acronis to provide Cloud Backup services;
– to our telecoms providers ICUK, BT Wholesale, TalkTalk Business and Sky Bubsiness for phone, broadband and leased line services;
– to our telecoms provider Jola and BT Wholesale for VoIP services;
– to our hosting providers ICUK and Ionos for hosting, email & domain registration services.
– to our suppliers TD Synnex and Datek for computer/parts delivery.
We may also disclose your information to any applicable regulatory body or if the law requires us to.

Server Logs
Our website does not automatically capture or store personal information, other than logging the user’s IP address and session information such as the duration of the visit and the type of browser used. This is recognised by the Web server and is only used for system administration and to provide statistics, which we use to evaluate use of the site. This policy does not cover links within this site to other websites.

This information is used to track visitor use of our website and to compile statistical reports on website activity. Personal Data Retention
We retain all records related to the provision of goods and services for the minimum period required by law, currently 6 years. Summary of terms
